The treatments

Customised,not off the shelf.

They can be used to minimise fine lines, wrinkles, sun damage, mild acne scarring, age spots and dry or flaking skin, and are derived from natural sources which deliver antioxidants and vitamins into the skin, encouraging new cells to grow. They're effective as stand alone treatments and excellent as part of a skin course. The correct peel for you is determined at your consultation, as part of your plan.

Chemical Peel

A single peel across the face, custom blended on the day to what your skin is actually doing, then neutralised and soothed.

£140

Duo Peel

The next level of chemical peel, to target specific skin concerns more deeply. A peel of two halves. We perform a preparation peel using selected acids, which is removed and neutralised, then the second peel penetrates quickly and deeply while the active ingredients get to work. This one is advanced and bespoke, so a consultation is carried out beforehand to assess your skin and whether a peel is right for you.

£150

RejuvaPeel

A combined modality bringing together cellular regeneration and the latest chemical peel systems, for a facial that truly delivers on results. It reduces fine lines, evens out your tone and complexion, helps with acne and congestion, softens pigmentation, brightens tired looking skin and reduces pore size. One hour, customised to your skin and to what you want from it.

£150

Chemical Peel, face, neck and décolleté

The same advanced superficial peel, taken through the face, neck and décolleté. The neck and chest take sun damage just as much as the face and are very often left out.

£160

RejuvaPeel, face, neck and décolleté

The RejuvaPeel taken through the face, neck and décolleté.

£160

Duo Peel, face, neck and décolleté

The two stage peel for those focusing on more than the face, taken through the face, neck and décolleté.

£160

TCA Peel

TCA is a non toxic chemical, trichloroacetic acid, which has been used for skin peels for over twenty years. It's a relative of vinegar, acetic acid. Applied to the skin, it causes the top layers of cells to dry up and peel off over several days to a week. When the old skin peels off it exposes a new layer of undamaged skin underneath, with a smoother texture and more even colour.

£150

Dual Modality Microneedling and Chemical Peel Preparation

This intensive treatment begins with an extra round of skin preparation, which involves a carefully selected chemical peel. It depends on a skin assessment to make sure your skin is suitably prepared for this level of treatment, usually while you're on one of our customised skin packages.

Peels are prescribed as a course. A single peel gives you a lift. A course is what changes pigmentation, texture and congestion.

How it runs

Prepared, treated,then reviewed.

A peel is a course of preparation and aftercare with a treatment in the middle, not a fifteen minute appointment.

01

Skin consultation

We look at your skin, ask what you've used before, and find out what you want. This allows us to really understand you.

02

Preparation

Seven to fourteen days of clinical grade products at home before your appointment.

03

The peel

Four to seven minutes on the skin, custom blended to your skin type.

04

Review

We review at the right point and plan the next in the course from what your skin actually did.

Healing

It should neveractually hurt.

You may feel a very tingly sensation while it is on. That's the peel working, and it settles as soon as it is neutralised.

On the day
A tingling sensation during the treatment. Some warmth and pinkness afterwards.
Day 2 to 3
Tightness, and sometimes light flaking depending on the blend and the strength.
Day 4 to 7
Flaking finishes. Please don't pick or help it along.
Up to 4 weeks
Results continue to develop. Tone and texture keep improving after the flaking has stopped.
Your part

Preparation and aftercareare as important as the treatment.

We look after the treatment itself. Everything either side of it is yours to look after, and it matters more than most people expect.

Questions

The ones everybodyasks in the room.

Does a chemical peel hurt?

Chemical peels should never actually hurt. You may feel a very tingly sensation while it is on the skin, and that settles as soon as it is neutralised.

Will I peel badly in front of everyone?

That depends on the blend and the strength, and we plan it around your diary. Some peels flake lightly, some barely at all. Tell us what you have coming up and we'll work to it.

Why do I need to prepare beforehand?

Because it is the difference between an even result and a patchy one. Seven to fourteen days of clinical grade products gets your skin ready to take the peel properly.

How soon will I see something?

Results continue for up to four weeks afterwards, so we don't judge a peel on day three.

Can I've one if I'm pregnant or nursing?

No, not while you're pregnant. We don't carry out chemical peels in pregnancy. If you're nursing, tell us at your consultation and we'll advise you honestly.

Who will treat me?

Penny, or one of our fully qualified Level 4 Advanced Skin Therapists.
