Phil is in clinic Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. Penny is in clinic Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.
When you ring the clinic,you get Sharon.
Sharon manages the diary and the admin, and she is who most people speak to first, though we pick it up often enough ourselves. She knows the treatments, she knows who does what, and she will tell you straight whether the thing you're asking about is something we do.

Consultations with Phil are free.
A consultation with Penny is £30, and that £30 comes off the cost of your treatment.
We look at your skin, work out what you actually need, and build the plan with you there and then, with the course, the schedule and the price written down. If something isn't right for you, we'll say so.
