Terms

  1. 'The Company' is DPC Clinic, also referred to in this agreement as 'Davis Permanent Cosmetics', 'we' and 'us'.
  2. If you have purchased Colour Boost Club membership for yourself, you are referred to in this agreement as 'you' or 'the member'.
  3. If you have purchased club membership as a gift, terms relating to payment are applicable to the purchaser. Terms relating to membership and services are applicable to the member, who is referred to as 'you' or 'the member'.

General

  1. This Agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales. You should print a copy of this Agreement for your records; a copy will also be emailed to you following purchase.
  2. The membership agreement is of 12 months duration (subject to the terms under the heading 'Cancellation' and 'End of the Twelve Month Cycle').
  3. If any of the terms of this Agreement are invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the remaining terms remain in force.
  4. We may make reasonable changes to these terms and conditions at any time.
  5. We will send you email confirmation of these terms using the email address you gave us when you joined.
  6. Membership is open to clients aged 18 or over who have no health condition that prevents tattooing, and is available only to existing clients of DPC Clinic, for colour boosts relating to their own original permanent makeup treatment carried out at DPC Clinic.
  7. The Company reserves the right to restrict the number of memberships available at each tier, or across the whole Club, without notice or explanation.
  8. Additional services (for example skin therapy, aesthetics, laser and other permanent makeup treatments) and products over and above your annual entitlement will be charged at the current tariff or list price and do not form part of this agreement.
  9. You may upgrade any service included in your entitlement by paying the difference between your included entitlement and the current tariff or list price for the relevant service.

Membership Tiers and Fees

  1. The Club runs in two tiers. The tier you select at the point of joining sets your monthly payment and your annual entitlement for the full twelve month cycle.
  2. Uno, £15 a month for 12 months, £180 in total. Covers one colour boost on one treated area, taken at seven to eighteen months, which is charged at £180 on the standard tariff. The Club spreads that cost across the year rather than reducing it.
  3. Duo, £27 a month for 12 months, £324 in total. Covers the colour boosts on two separate treated areas, for example brows and eyeliner, taken at the same appointment. Booked separately on the standard tariff those two boosts would be £360, so Duo saves £36. This is the only discount in the Club and it comes from having both areas done in one appointment rather than from membership itself.
  4. This is not a credit agreement. You are paying in advance for the year ahead of your colour boost, not afterwards. Your entitlement becomes available once all twelve payments in the cycle have been completed.
  5. Your colour boost date runs from your last appointment with us, not from the date you join the Club, so the sooner you return the less a boost costs.
  6. Colour boosts taken outside of Club membership are charged at the pay as you go tariff:
  7. Within 6 months of your original treatment or last colour boost. £110.
  8. 7 to 18 months. £180.
  9. 19 to 24 months. £240.
  10. Beyond 24 months a colour boost is no longer available and a new treatment at full list price will be required. This is not a policy choice; it is because the work has faded past the point where a boost can build on it.
  11. A booking deposit of £30 is taken against every appointment and comes off the cost of the treatment.

Administration Fees

  1. Failed Direct Debit payment. £20 for each failed payment.
  2. Direct Debit cancelled without notice to us. £10 for each failed payment.
  3. Cancellation with less than two weeks notice. £20 in lieu of notice.
  4. Appointment moved or cancelled with less than 5 working days notice. The £30 deposit is forfeited and a further deposit is required to rebook.
  5. All fees in this Agreement are inclusive of VAT where applicable and are correct as at August 2026. We will give you notice of any change to your monthly payment before it takes effect.

Force Majeure

  1. A Force Majeure Event is defined as an event beyond the reasonable control of DPC Clinic. This includes but is not limited to industrial disputes, failure of a utility service or transport network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm, or default of suppliers or subcontractors.
  2. We shall not be liable to you for any failure to perform our obligations under this agreement as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

Membership

  1. Membership is not transferable and entitlement to inclusive services and products is restricted to the member.
  2. You are fully under the cancellation policy of DPC Clinic, which means that without 5 working days notice to move, change or cancel an appointment, the £30 deposit value will be forfeited and will need to be paid again for any future appointment.

Monthly Payment

  1. By purchasing the monthly payment option you are agreeing to the terms of this membership agreement. A copy of these terms resides on your account; we advise you send a copy to yourself, and one will be emailed to you following purchase.
  2. If your bank fails to make a Direct Debit payment from your account when due, DPC Clinic will write or email to advise you of this. An administration fee of £20 will be charged for each failed Direct Debit payment.
  3. If you cancel your Direct Debit instruction without giving us notice of cancellation (see 'Cancellation' below) or without making a new Direct Debit instruction, an administration fee of £10 will be charged for each failed Direct Debit payment.
  4. Should the Company be obliged to institute legal proceedings against the member arising from breach of the terms of this Membership Agreement, including but in no way limited to their failure to pay any amount due by the due date, the member acknowledges that they shall be liable for all tracing fees, collection commission and legal costs as may be allowed by the Court.
  5. The Company may disclose personal particulars contained in the Membership Agreement to a credit reference agency or any other party necessary in obtaining settlement of arrears.

Cancellation

  1. You may cancel your membership without giving any reason within 14 days of membership. This allows time for you to ensure you have made a sound decision about membership, and allows the beneficiary of gift membership the opportunity to ensure they can and will agree to the terms of this membership agreement.
  2. If you have had no products or service we will refund your first payment in full.
  3. If you cancel before completing your 12 payments we will issue you a refund in the form of non-transferable vouchers valid against future service, with an expiry date of 12 months following cancellation.
  4. This is not a credit agreement and you may cancel your membership at any time during the 12 month period. You must give us a minimum of two weeks notice or pay an administration fee of £20 in lieu of notice.
  5. We reserve the right to cancel your membership without notice or giving any reason. Under these circumstances we will refund your payments if no service has been taken.

End of the Twelve Month Cycle

  1. Your entitlement becomes available only once all twelve payments in the cycle have been completed. Until the final payment has cleared, no colour boost is covered by the Club and any treatment taken will be charged at the standard tariff.
  2. Once the twelfth payment has been made, your Direct Debit stops. It does not continue automatically and we will not take a thirteenth payment.
  3. You may choose to roll over into a new twelve month cycle. If you do, a new cycle begins from the date of your first payment in that cycle, with a new entitlement, on the tier and the monthly amount in force at that time.
  4. Rolling over is your decision and must be requested by you. We will contact you before your final payment to ask what you would like to do. If we do not hear from you, the membership ends and the Direct Debit stops.
  5. Your covered colour boost must be taken within eighteen months of your last appointment, because that is the band it is priced at. If you leave it longer, the boost falls into the nineteen to twenty four month band at £240 and the difference between that and your entitlement is payable by you. Beyond twenty four months a colour boost is no longer available at all and a new treatment at full list price will be required. Your entitlement is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for another service.

Communications

  1. We may send you information relating to your membership, DPC Clinic and current offers and promotions by email, SMS or by post.
  2. You may opt out of email and SMS communications that we may send, but if you do we cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred by you through not receiving relevant communications. Communications posted, either with or without proof of posting, will be assumed to be received. Emails will be assumed to be received and read.

A copy is emailed to you for signature when you join, and your membership goes live when we receive it back. You can also download these terms as a document, or go back to DPC Colour Boost Club.
